Capture Show Girls - Curious Garden - 12.07.25 🫶🏻

Writing this feeling very emotional today, filled with pride and sheer love and admiration for these girls 🥹

I started Capture almost 3 years ago, with classes where not a single person showed up… now look! Classes continue to grow and alongside that I have a group of the most dedicated women who are now performing and representing Capture in ways I couldn’t imagine.

Community, creativity and excellence is the Ethos here at Capture. Words I chose right at the beginning with the hopes they would be upheld, and it’s safe to say that is the core of everything we do. The phenomenal community we have created with each and every girl supporting and uplifting one another, the open mindedness and input throughout the creative journey and the sheer hard work, giving up their time, to ensure they are the best they can be!

I could write so much about how proud I am of all of you but I don’t think there are enough words to convey how I’m feeling right now… so I’ll round it off with the biggest THANK YOU. Thank you for being a part of what I am building bc I simply couldn’t do it without you 🫶🏻

Since starting at Capture (2 years ago now!) my confidence has grown so much - the classes are very beginner friendly, whilst also providing exciting and diverse choreo for those of us who have been coming to class for a while

For those don’t know me, I trained in dance since a young age and ALWAYS knew I wanted to become a dance teacher. Skip ahead to 2019 where I graduated from uni and gained a First Class degree in Dance Education 👩🏻‍🎓 my ambitions grew and the road to creating to Capture began…

By 2022 it we opened our doors! We started off with weeks where no one booked onto our classes and I’d prop my phone up to film the choreo I’d worked hard to create but now.. our classes our SOLD OUT! 🤩

The community is the most beautiful, empowering and supportive group of women and I am so proud.
