For those don’t know me, I trained in dance since a young age and ALWAYS knew I wanted to become a dance teacher. Skip ahead to 2019 where I graduated from uni and gained a First Class degree in Dance Education 👩🏻‍🎓 my ambitions grew and the road to creating to Capture began…

By 2022 it we opened our doors! We started off with weeks where no one booked onto our classes and I’d prop my phone up to film the choreo I’d worked hard to create but now.. our classes our SOLD OUT! 🤩

I find it absolutely insane thinking about Capture’s journey and how I have built this little empire from the ground up 🥹

The community is the most beautiful, empowering and supportive group of women and I am so proud.

2025 is set to be the best yet for us and it’s sooooo exciting ahhh 🥰🥰🥰

Next up in our student spotlights is Emilia 🤩
Emilia has shown SO much growth during her time at Capture, having never danced before she puts in the hard work and consistency and has become a beautiful dancer 🫶🏻 … also she is the hair whip queen.. look at those locks! 😍😍😍

“I’ve been loving my heels with Josie! She’s such an incredible instructor, always pushing us to try new, challenging moves—even when I feel like it might be too much, she breaks everything down and makes it achievable. I always leave class feeling proud, empowered, and amazed at how much I’ve improved each week.
The community is just as amazing. The girls I’ve met are super friendly, and we share such positive, uplifting energy. There’s this beautiful feminine energy that flows through the class—it’s empowering to be surrounded by women who support and lift each other up. Josie really brings out the best in all of us, and every week just gets better. I’m so grateful to be a part of it!“
